Verizon is pleased to announce a new cloud-based Service Assurance solution for all customers. The Service Assurance module captures media quality data from all endpoints regardless of device or model. This data is displayed on an intuitive dashboard accessible from within your VCE Calling Admin Portal.
The new solution includes an at-a-glance dashboard with an overview of all calls made across your enterprise, broken down by site and by media quality. Using the "Call Details" view, you can drill down on media quality data about individual calls to understand more about your enterprise’s calling.
Currently, the new dashboard provides the following:
- Overall enterprise-level quality views.
- Site-by-site breakdowns of call quality.
- Per-call media quality ratings for every call from every device.
- SIP signalling details.

Note: As a result of this upgrade, if you have any PacketSmart probes, these are no longer required on all sites to monitor media quality. We recommend these devices are decommissioned and responsibly recycled.
