Your Verizon service allows you the ability to work from home. Features like softphone or Call Forwarding and Simultaneous Ring make the transition to work from home easier allowing you to make and receive calls using your work & in-office number.
How do I see if I have a Softphone (Communicator)?
Do you know if you have a Softphone (Communicator) or not? To see if your services include a Softphone (Communicator), log into you My Phone Next Portal. From the Dashboard, click on the My Apps tab. Once the page appears, if you are assigned a Softphone (Communicator), you should see the Mobile Application download link.
I misplaced my password, what do I do?
If you have misplaced or do not remember your user ID, please contact your Admin.
