Simply reboot your Yealink IP Phone to download the new firmware (V84.105 /V83. 135 ) at your convenience. If you have questions about the upgrade, you can open a trouble ticket by calling (800) 287-6235 and selecting option 3. Or, you can access Verizon VEC at https://sso.verizonenterprise.com and go to the Quick Task section and click on Create Repair Ticket.
